E.E. Tours will walk you through every step, guiding you along the way up until you arrive. Once you are here, our seasoned and professional guides will take control and lead you through the city with ease and finesse.
Pick the dates that work best for your group. Check your school calendar, consult your students, and choose a window with the fewest conflicts.
Bring as many as you want. A bus typically holds about 50 passengers, but we can accommodate as few as 20. Once your group exceeds 30–40 people, the per-person price begins to decrease as common charges are split across more travelers.
Trips don't have to be school-sanctioned, especially if they're scheduled during non-school days. In fact, this gives us a bit more freedom when planning your itinerary.
Pricing depends on several variables — group size, number of days, travel method (bus vs. flight), and number of Broadway shows. Call us to discuss specifics. We offer a payment schedule tailored for group leaders: a deposit of one-third of the total is due one month after booking, a second deposit two months later, and the final balance eight weeks before the trip. If you have difficulty collecting deposits after booking, you may cancel with no obligation — as long as no deposit has been sent.
Just ask — we can make almost anything happen. Please note, however, that we are not currently offering international European travel.
